Wholesale Coaching:

The Wholesale Coaching Program is a full blown coaching program that is jammed pack with all the strategies, operations & processes that the Discount Property Investors use in their own day to day business. We will teach you how to do your first wholesale deal immediately or how to do more deals if you are already doing deals!

The standard pricing for this coaching program is $4,997 and this course is accessible for a term of 6 months (180 Days). Additional monthly fee's will be charged if you would like to continue beyond the 180 day term. Those fee's ares laid out in the coaching agreement that you will be required to sign prior to joining and attending any of the coaching programs.

The Coaching Program is a 6 month long program and it consists of the following items:

- Weekly Group Coaching Calls

- All Course Access!

- Email and Voxer support with the coaches (David, Mike, Ray & Bill)

- Accountability to your marketing plan and scorecard

- Private online student ONLY community

- Simple CRM apps to get you up and running & organized

- Partner personally with the "Discount Property Investor Team" on your deals (optional)

- Additional help setting up systems so you can AUTOMATE YOUR BUSINESS!

Refund Policy:

Subscription Billing:

Affiliate Terms:

Our standard affiliate agreement offers 10% to anyone that becomes an affiliate to promote our courses, coaching, and educational products. If you already have a large following (I.E. A podcast, Facebook, or marketing platform) we can offer you a 25% affiliate agreement. All of our affiliate agreements provide you with an affiliate link that is personalized to your account. This link comes with a 30 day tracking cookie. Also if someone signs up for one of our products within the 30 day cookie window, they will be assigned to your affiliate link automatically. Furthermore, if that customer comes back and purchases additional courses, coaching, or educations products (ANYTIME IN THE FUTURE), you will automatically be awarded for that leads as they are assigned to your account already.
